Beef's carbon footprint is decreasing!

The carbon footprint of a pound of beef has DECREASED by 16% in the last few years. Check out this video of Dr. Jude Capper, Washington State University, on the updated facts about beef. Also, she is rocking the coral scarf and Carhart jacket!! LOVE IT!
